1) Are there any hidden costs?
Absolutely not. The cost of the standard website is £350 which equates to less than £1 per day. The prices of optional extras are shown on our pricing page – there are no other costs whatsoever.
2) Why are your websites so cheap?
Our objective is to help small and medium businesses to establish themselves online. To do this we have adopted a different approach to most web design companies.
There are thousands of web designers out there and they all work in the same way – they start with a blank piece of paper for every job and reinvent the wheel over and over again, adding unnecessary costs to each job.
We have adopted a modular approach. By designing a high end generic website that can easily be branded and can easily have extra functionality bolted on, we can produce unique websites much faster, much more easily, and at a much better price.
3) Who is in control of my website?
You are in complete control of your website. You can log onto your control panel online and making changes could not be easier.
You simply type your content into the text box, click buttons to add images from your computer, and click another button to create the page on your website – and that’s it!
You do not need web design or programming skills, and you do not need to ask an expensive web designer to make changes for you – you are in complete control from day 1.
4) What happens if my website crashes?
We can honestly say that none of our websites have ever crashed!
However, the data from your website is automatically backed up at least every week, so even if the server was completely destroyed we can have your website back up and running in minutes.
5) Can I add Paypal shopping carts and buttons to my site?
Yes you can!
Adding Paypal, google, and other payment processors to your site is extremely easy, we cover this in our user guide.
6) Can you design me a website from scratch?
We can design any kind of website that you like, but please be aware that bespoke designs will be significantly more expensive than our standard business website.
